TripHuddleTerms of Use

These terms apply when you use the TripHuddle app and website. By using TripHuddle, you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep access to your email secure, since we use it to sign you in. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
Trips, plans, messages and anything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the people on your trip so the app can work. Don't add anything you don't have the right to share, and don't use TripHuddle to harass anyone or break the law.
Plans and payments
- Your first trip is free, and joining someone else's trip is always free.
- Paid plans and trip passes are bought through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund rules.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Suggestions, tours and booking links
Restaurant and activity ideas, weather, flight details and tour listings come from automated tools and partners. They can be wrong or out of date. Check opening hours, prices and details with the business before you rely on them. Bookings you make through partner links are between you and that partner.
Availability
We work to keep TripHuddle running and your data safe, but we can't promise the app will always be available or free of mistakes. TripHuddle is provided "as is".
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, TripHuddle isn't responsible for missed flights, bookings, costs or other losses that come from using the app or relying on its information.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete my account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
